Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
  • 3/4 oz Brady’s Irish Cream
  • 1 3/4 oz brewed coffee
  • 1/4 oz ginger syrup

Instructions:

Combine over ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled martini glass and serve with a coffee bean.

For ginger syrup, mix 1c sugar and 1c water. Bring to a boil and simmer until sugar dissolves. Add ˝ cup thinly sliced ginger and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool and strain.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pint Guinness Stout
  • 1/2 oz Brady’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey

Instructions:

Pour Guinness into a beer glass. Pour Whiskey into a shot glass. Layer Brady’s on top of the whiskey. Drop the shot glass into the beer glass and chug!

  • 1/3 shot Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/3 shot Amaretto
  • 1/3 shot Brady’s Irish Cream

Instructions:

Carefully layer ingredients, in order, into a shot glass; coffee liqueur, amaretto, then irish cream.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Brady’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz Brown Creme de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream

Instructions:


Blend with 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a parfait glass and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cream

Instructions:


Blend ingredients together in an old fashioned glass and serve on the rocks.
